Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout:

50jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming compliance requirements. The following provisions govern the KYC process:

1. Mandatory Verification. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. 50jl may also request KYC documents at any other time for compliance purposes.

The following terms govern all deposits made to your 50jl account wallet:

1. Accepted Methods. 50jl currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from your 50jl account:

1. KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is fully completed and approved on the account. This requirement applies to all players regardless of account age or VIP tier.
2. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 50jl reserves the right to require withdrawal to the original deposit source for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
4. Processing Times. 1. Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligible Games. Not all games on the 50jl platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. Playing a non-contributing game while a bonus is active will not count toward the wagering requirement.
3. Bonus Expiry. All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated conditional winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time. Unless the promotion terms specifically permit it, only one active bonus may be held in your account at any time. Accepting a second bonus while a first is active may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
5. Abuse Prevention. 50jl reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any player who is found to have abused the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of low-edge bets to satisfy wagering requirements.
6. No Automatic Entitlement. Promotional offers are made at 50jl's sole discretion. No player has an automatic or continuing entitlement to any specific bonus or promotion.

The following provisions govern all game play on the 50jl platform:

50jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
4. Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any element of the 50jl platform without the express prior written consent of 50jl.

3. In circumstances where 50jl is found to be directly liable for damages, the maximum aggregate liability of 50jl to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 50jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 50jl Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you must not use the platform.

In summary: 50jl collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent immediate harm.
