In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• "50jl", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 50jl online gaming platform accessible at 50jl.asia.

• "Data Privacy Act" refers to Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, together with its Implementing Rules and Regulations and all applicable National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances.
• "NPC" refers to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, the regulatory authority responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Data Privacy Act.
• "DPO" refers to 50jl's designated Data Protection Officer, responsible for overseeing data privacy compliance within the organisation.
• "Platform" refers to the 50jl website at 50jl.asia, including all games, tools, features, and services accessible through that domain.

50jl is the personal information controller in respect of all personal data collected and processed through the 50jl platform. As personal information controller, 50jl determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected from players and platform visitors.

50jl has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee data privacy compliance and to serve as the primary point of contact for data subjects exercising rights under the Data Privacy Act. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 16 of this Policy.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, 50jl processes personal data on the following legal bases:

1. Consent. For marketing communications and non-essential cookies, processing is based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to processing already carried out.
2. Contractual Necessity. Processing necessary for the performance of the contract between you and 50jl — specifically, to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide access to the gaming platform — is based on the contractual relationship established when you register an account.
3. Legal Obligation. Certain processing activities are required to comply with legal obligations applicable to 50jl, including identity verification and record-keeping obligations under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR-related compliance requirements.

50jl uses the personal data it collects for the following specific, declared purposes:

2. Identity and Age Verification. To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years, to confirm your identity as required by KYC obligations, and to prevent underage access to the platform.

9. Marketing Communications. Where you have consented, to send you information about promotions, bonuses, new games, and platform updates via email or SMS. You may opt out at any time.
10. Platform Improvement. To analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to improve the platform's performance, game selection, and user experience.

50jl shares personal data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

1. Payment Processors. GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other payment service providers receive only the transactional data necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal. These providers are bound by their own regulatory obligations and data protection agreements with 50jl.

5. Professional Advisers. Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants engaged by 50jl may access personal data in the course of providing professional services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
6. Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of 50jl's assets, personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, with notice to affected data subjects as required under applicable law.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to you as an individual.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 50jl:

The 50jl platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or above, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 50jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If 50jl discovers or is notified that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all personal data associated with the account will be deleted (subject to any legally mandated retention obligations for the limited transaction records that may have been created), and all deposits will be returned to the originating payment source.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the online activities of persons under their care and for ensuring that minors do not access the 50jl platform through shared devices. 50jl recommends the use of parental control software on all shared devices in households with persons under 21.

Some of the third-party service providers used by 50jl — including certain KYC verification providers and gaming technology suppliers — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. With your consent, 50jl may send you marketing communications about promotions, bonuses, new games, and platform updates via email and SMS to your registered mobile number and email address. Your consent to receive marketing communications is obtained separately during account registration and is not a condition of using the platform.

You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email from 50jl;
• Updating your communication preferences in your account settings; or
• Contacting 50jl support via live chat and requesting removal from marketing lists.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, 50jl will continue to send you transactional and service-related communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, KYC status updates, account security alerts, and changes to these policies — as these are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

50jl reserves the right to update and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine data privacy law, NPC regulations, platform operations, or data processing practices. All amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Where changes are material — for example, where 50jl introduces a new purpose for processing, a new category of data collected, or a new type of third-party recipient — 50jl will notify registered players by email and via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the 50jl platform after the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the amended policy, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure under the account termination provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
